Terms for the Catalyst site and preview

Preview status
Catalyst is an evolving product preview. A demo or design partner request does not guarantee access, availability, timing, pricing, an evaluation agreement, or a particular feature. Product screens, example records, calculations, and workflows may change.
No operational authorization
The public demo illustrates an accountability workflow. It does not connect to your systems, authorize security changes, approve spending, create production tickets, switch AI models, or perform other operational actions.
Permitted use
You may view the site and submit accurate information for legitimate evaluation of Catalyst. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent the preview as a production commitment.
Intellectual property
Catalyst’s name, visual identity, product concepts, text, and interface materials remain the property of their respective owners. Feedback may be used to improve Catalyst without creating an obligation to implement it.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The preview is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. It is not legal, compliance, investment, or security advice. Organizations remain responsible for their own decisions, controls, approvals, and use of production systems.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the preview develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
