How Catalyst handles your request
Effective September 15, 2026
Information we collect
When you request a guided product demo, a design partner conversation, or early-access updates, Catalyst collects your work email and, if supplied, your name, role, organization, and the scenario you want to discuss. We record which type of request you selected, your consent, and the time it was submitted. The site also records limited first-party interaction events such as a page view, selection of the guided product demo, completion of the demo, and request submission. These records use a randomly generated page-session identifier rather than advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to the request you selected, prepare the requested conversation, send related communications, understand which parts of the product story are useful, prevent duplicate registrations, and improve Catalyst. Please do not submit sensitive findings or production data in the scenario field. The sales site does not collect AI prompts or responses.
Service providers and routing
Request data and queued notification records are stored in Catalyst’s hosted site infrastructure. If an authorized email or customer-relationship system is configured, the request may be routed to that system to send a confirmation and notify the Catalyst team. Catalyst does not sell request information.
Retention and choices
Records are retained while the evaluation program is active and as needed to document consent, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. You may ask to correct or remove your request, or opt out through any communication you receive.
Security and changes
Catalyst uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to an early-stage product preview. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material updates to this notice will be reflected by a revised effective date.
