Catalyst design partner program

Bring one decision that keeps getting lost. Follow it all the way through.

Work directly with Catalyst to turn one fragmented security workflow into a clear path from the first signal to an authorized action and a measurable outcome.

What the program is

A working session, not a generic product trial.

We start with a fit conversation. If there is a real problem to test, we agree on its owner, scope, success measures, and evaluation terms in writing before any work begins. Then we test the workflow and document what the evidence supports.

01

Choose one material problem

Start with a real security decision that crosses tools, teams, or business units.

You leave with

A defined scenario, accountable owner, and measurable success condition.

02

Run the accountability chain

Connect the signal, evidence, authority, approved work, delivery record, and outcome.

You leave with

A working Catalyst flow mapped to your current operating model.

03

Measure what changed

Compare the current process with the accountable cycle and document results and limitations.

You leave with

A defensible recommendation for the next pilot or production step.

What you bring

A real decision worth improving.

Bring the workflow, the accountable people, and the result that matters. It can involve security operations, AI governance, risk, compliance, or investment decisions.

  • The workflow currently crosses several systems or teams
  • A named leader is accountable for the decision and outcome
  • The scenario can be evaluated without exposing sensitive production data
  • The team is willing to test one complete workflow, not only view a dashboard

What Catalyst brings

A working product and an honest evaluation.

We map the scenario into Catalyst, preserve the boundary between demonstrated and production capabilities, and measure the result without inventing validation.

Operating map

Where context, ownership, and authority break today.

Configured scenario

One focused workflow represented inside Catalyst.

Evidence record

A traceable comparison of the current and proposed process.

Pilot decision

A clear recommendation, scope, and success measure for what follows.

Evaluation outcomes

Know what the evaluation must prove.

The baseline, reporting period, data source, and success condition are agreed before the evaluation begins. Missing evidence remains visible, and ticket closure alone does not count as a verified result.

01

Decision cycle time

Elapsed time from a material signal to an authorized or rejected decision.

02

Ownership coverage

Material records with a named owner and the required decision authority.

03

Approval delay

Time spent waiting, who or what blocked progress, and whether escalation worked.

04

Evidence quality

Coverage of source, freshness, completeness, confidence, and reviewer disposition.

05

Verified delivery

Authorized work with completed measurement and preserved outcome evidence.

The accountability chain

Evaluate Catalyst through the same story the product tells.

Every design partner scenario must connect evidence, authority, delivery, and outcome. If the chain does not improve, the evaluation should say so.

Request a design partner session

Tell us who owns the problem.

Tell us where the decision breaks down today. We will follow up to see whether one focused evaluation would be useful.

What it costs, and what you keep.

What it costs you

No license fee during the evaluation. About three hours to scope and set up, one scheduled hour per participant each week across eight weeks, and a 90-minute debrief at the end. Day-to-day use replaces decision work already happening in other tools rather than adding a separate daily meeting. Teams may keep their current systems running in parallel while Catalyst captures the same decision record.

What you keep, either way

A full export of findings, open decisions, ownership mappings, and generated reports. The operating map showing where context and authority break in your current process. A written recommendation for what to do next, including if it says do not proceed.

What happens next

  1. 01We review the request for fit.
  2. 02We discuss one concrete security scenario.
  3. 03Both sides decide whether to define a focused evaluation.
